Association By Laws dated 2009 that have served us well has been become by events. The proposed By Laws are in keeping with those of other non-profit organization and better define Board position and functions, donations, and dissolution plans required by IRS.
Proposed By Laws revision will be presented at the 2024 Association for approval.
