Most of you have heard news about the Camp LeJeune Justice Act that was signed into law by President Biden Aug 2022. MCB 58 main body deployed to Camp Lejeune during our homeports from:
- 27 June 1966 - 80 personnel for 30 days
- 2-30 September 1966
- 6-27 October 1967
- 1-28 January 1969
Although some members may have 30 consecutive days others may have racked up 30 or more days in multiple trips. That’s right, the 30 days are cumulative not consecutive. Your Association is assessing our members to determine the extent of the stated illness in our community. We believe there are some members that qualify for compensation and the Association is standing-by to provide assistance. If you meet the 30-day requirement and have experienced any of the stated illnesses we urge you to contact the Board via letter, e-mail or phone. Our points of contact are Harrington Mah @ 408-807-5408 and Dr. Charles March @ 818-545-9172.
